By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
1. SERVICE DELIVERY
Langs Academy provides online educational services and digital programs.
No physical products are sold or shipped.
Service start dates may vary depending on:

2. GENERAL REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of digital services and online education, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions below.
Refund eligibility depends on:

Whether the service has started

Whether access to digital content has been granted
3. GROUP LESSONS

A full refund may be requested up to 72 hours before the program start date, provided the group lessons have not yet begun.

Once the first group lesson has taken place, no refunds will be issued.
4. PRIVATE & VIP LESSONS

Refund requests must be submitted at least 72 hours before the first scheduled session.

Once the first private session has taken place, refunds are not available for completed or scheduled sessions.
5. ADVANCED MASTER PROGRAM & LANGUAGE COACHING

Refund requests may be submitted within 7 days of purchase, provided that:

No sessions have taken place, and
-
No personalized program planning has started.

Once the program has begun, refunds are not available.
6. DIGITAL PROGRAMS

Digital programs that provide immediate access (videos, downloadable materials, online content) are non-refundable once access has been granted.

If access cannot be provided due to a technical issue caused by Langs Academy, a full refund will be issued.
7. MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP

Monthly memberships may be canceled at any time.

No refunds are provided for the current billing period once access has been granted.

Cancellation will take effect for the next billing cycle.

9. NO-SHOW & NON-ATTENDANCE
Failure to attend scheduled sessions without prior notice does not qualify for a refund or credit.
10. PAYMENT PROCESSING
All payments are processed securely via Stripe or authorized payment providers.
Langs Academy does not store credit card or payment details.
11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
Langs Academy LLC reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.
Updates will be effective immediately upon publication on the website.
